Contest Rules and Regulations
1. No purchase necessary.
2. Must be of legal drinking age to participate.
3. The provincial liquor distribution branch/commission/
gaming authority/is not connected with
this
contest in any manner whatsoever and is
not liable in any way whatsoever in regard to
any matter which relates to this contest.
4. Employees and contractors of the provincial
liquor distribution branch/commission/authority,
liquor licensees, their employees and members
of their immediate families of the aforementioned
persons with whom they are domiciled
are not eligible.
5. This contest is subject to all applicable federal,
provincial, and municipal laws. Contest closing
date August 1, 2009. All entries must be submitted via email by midnight, August 1, 2009.
6. Draws for prizes will be made from all eligible
entries. Draw winner must correctly answer a
skill-testing question, and may be required to
sign a “release of claim” form. Prizes must be
accepted as awarded with no substitutions. |
